Joseph Kongoro is an experienced management consultant who specializes in helping organizations develop their strategic and business plans with the accompanying performance management frameworks that will enable them to scale and succeed.
He has been responsible for the development of Strategic Plans for organizations in both the public and private sector. Some of these include the East African Science and Technology Commission (EASTECO), the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), the Kenya Wildlife Service Training Institute (KWSTI), Line Plast Group, Actuarial Services East Africa (Actserv), AAR Insurance, National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) among a host of other entities. He has also covered engagements covering financial management, budgeting and resource mobilization. He previously served as a manager in one of the big four consulting firms.

Ms. Gitau is a Business Analyst at the SME Support Centre, providing support to the Finance and Operations on a consultancy basis for the Kenya office. Prior to joining the SSC Team, she worked as a Finance Assistant at Cytonn Investments Management PLC. She is well versed in Financial Reporting and Analysis, Risk Assessment, Taxation, Cash flow and Stakeholder Management.
She is set to receive her MSc in Professional Accountancy Degree from the University of London.She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Finance Option) from the University of Nairobi, and is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) Affiliate.
Caleb has over five years in business development, brand visibility and market penetration having worked for Syngenta East Africa,Tulaa Technologies, Appolo Agriculture, One Acre Fund among others. Notably he has a wealth of experience is the market positioning for startups in rural markets having worked for the above companies.
Caleb holds a Bachelor of Education(ARTS) from University of Kabianga,Management Diploma from KIM and currently finalizing an MBA(HR) in University of Kabianga.
